I believe it has been established that ATWT refers to the Kennedy Assassination ("As the World Turns" was the name of a popular soap opera that was on when Kennedy was shot) and has been inferred to mean an attempt on POTUS life.
That could be put up at Times Square in New York, but I don’t know if anyone is there these days.
