This morning I received a gloomy email from a friend who helped Larry McDonald win and keep the old Georgia 7th District seat...until September, 1983 when the LEFT MURDERED Larry and 268 men, women and CHILDREN on KAL007 (You younger folks need look it up. A short (9 minute) video at the link may help "humanize" that now faded and forgotten tragedy.)
If the event scheduled for January 5 & 6, 2021 goes WRONG, because these conscience devoid Marxist CRIMINALS among us are even more dangerous than their ancestors, they have plans for their opposition - that's US - that will cause the toll on KAL007 to pale. Because, even at this late date, it may STILL be possible to turn the tide on this incipient disaster, PLEASE SHARE THIS.

1983. Recall it very well, and Ronald Reagan handling the constantly lying Soviet leadership, both military and Politburo member, pursuing them for the lies we knew (from AirForce and other sources) was the case. The 747 Korean Airlines plane flew, very briefly into prohibited soviet airspace, and did so at the same time a covert US mission of electronic air surveillance was going on (to the extent it was divulged, and as to who was it doing the spying).
The incompetent, top down morons at soviet air force sent a fighter up, who, under orders from his commanders, did not first ascertain WHAT his target was— and fired two missiles at it.
We lost a great Anti-Communist congressman, a trained (Emory) physician/surgeon, and true American. It is almost impossible at this late date (and knowing what we know the lengths the deep state will go for their globalist masters) not to consider that the 747 was tracked by our very surveill aircraft, they knew he was on the aircraft. There are many theories extant, and a whole lot more info now than then.
You are correct— the Marxist inheritors of the disaster of international Communism (the failed Soviet state- supported by the US LEFTists throughout Korean and the Vietnam war— including that A@@hole Walter Cronkite- paid owned media asset the “everybody’s grandpa” load of crap for a real Leftist toadie)-— these inheritors are the neo-Marxists, of obamaumao, the Squad (islamo-marxist/fascists, there is such a thing- see: Levin), and the crazed AntiFA/BLM lunatics that are supported by the DNC. It might, or might not, be close.
The vaunted Republican “ground game” in Georgia has been as pathetic as the one for the president nationwide.
To give you an idea: I have already received at least four personal text messages - not computer-generated text messages - asking me to vote for the two Democrats.
Plus I have received a so-called “grade” from a an alleged “non-partisan non-profit” organization “grading” my area on voting in the general election, based on what they said were results of the November 5th election.
It’s psychological warfare to intimidate those in counties or precincts who voted Republican in the General Election with the unsaid message of “don’t do that again.”
A lot of people who voted “the wrong way” or who didn’t vote will get that message...or threat...however they see it.
Meanwhile all I have forgotten from Republicans is more oversized junk mail that I and most of my neighbors toss in the garbage without looking at it. Not a phone call , not a single personal (or recorded) text message, not one door-to-door visit by Republicans, not a single targeted ad in any local weekly newspaper.
This is yet another example of a totally (deliberately?) inept Republican campaign run by a so-called “expert consultants’ from the Washington Beltway. They get rich no matter who wins!!

Gloom will grow into depression. Depression will grow into inertia. Inertia will sap the spirit and kill the will. At that point, any number of things can happen, all of them awful.

It was impossible not to be crying, listening to Jesse Helms recalling the two little girls as they went and boarded with mommy and daddy the KAL 007 flight, and his sending them off.

I think the plane was shot down because it was in the wrong air space. I doubt that the bad guys knew that the 7th District Congressman was on the plane.
I also knew someone on that Korean airliner. I didn’t find out about it, till two years later. Sad all around.
