Mexi-coke is all we buy. We only drink it occasionally.

My cousins are in the Midwest, they drink pop. ;-P

I’m having a pop right now! And it’s not Coke.

I love MexiCoke. Used to get it in NY all the time. Not as easy to source here in New Hampshire. I think I’m ok with that

There’s a 90% chance that he’ll be back in his old lifestyle by Groundhog Day.

I predict there's a 100% chance that Biden's gone before the Ides of March.

I'm working on the last piece sweet potato cake (tastes just like carrot cake) before I start my keto diet.

I've already started back on my daily walks again this week after stopping for three months.

Next is to start back doing my Bowflex workout 3 days a week.

Reminder to self: Don't ever stop doing your exercises in your mid-70s. It is very difficult, if not impossible, to get back into it again because everything hurts so badly.

I've lived in Texas several times in my life. Everybody drank Dr. Pepper.

But I've also lived in South Carolina and now Florida and people call it soda pop.

My wife has a diet Pepsi for lunch everyday but that's it. I don't partake.

With me out of town, and some family members with Covid, we haven’t celebrated Christmas yet. So I have a few more days of poor eating habits. But just as soon as we get together and celebrate, and we’ve consumed all the leftovers, watch out world! we’re changing our diets, getting rid of the clutter, giving up all our bad habits, finishing up all six of our redecorating projects, walking 3 times a week at the park (the one with the hills), keeping the car CLEAN, and the laundry washed, dried, folded, AND put away. Changing dozens of things in our lives all at once, can’t be too hard, right?

Pop is one of the hardest things I have ever given up. Been years, and I still crave it. (Coca-Cola).

I used to have the worst Mountain Dew addiction. I craved the stuff like it was heroine. I would get awful all-over body aches if I had gone without it for too long and I know it was related because I would cave in, guzzle one down, and the pain would go away. I drank my last one in 2017. I broke my addiction by switching to a homemade lemonade made with RO water, fresh lemon juice, liquid Stevia and Aloe Vera juice. I haven’t had a craving for one since I started drinking that lemonade and even the thought off it kinda grosses me out....and I had been a lifelong addict.

As do we all. Just the title alone sends microagressions up and down my spine. The stationary bike is used as to hang clothes on . The weight set was sold at the garage sale so I'm divided on whether to buy another one to repeat the same process. The jump rope is tattered from playing with the cat with it. The weight scale has indention's where my feet are placed. And I risk seven years bad luck every time I look in the mirror. And the final straw is the temptation of late night tv ads hawking Joel Osteens Inspiration Cube for $39.99.

My daughter-in-law is from Canada. She calls soda ‘’pop’’. Here in NJ we just either say ‘’a soda’’ or use a particular brand name. I gave up the booze thirty years ago. I drink Sprite. Love the stuff.

Ground Hog Day is Feb 2nd.

So he gets to eat and imbibe for 2 weeks during Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday is Feb 16th) and then go sober for 40 days of Lent...
