Loughlin was released from the federal lockup in Dublin, California, where she had been serving her sentence for her role in the college admissions bribery scheme, the federal Bureau of Prisons said. Her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, is serving his five-month sentence at a prison in Lompoc near Santa Barbara, California.

The left poisons everything they touch. I have seen a number of the movies this year, haven’t tripped across a sodomy centric one yet, or even a gay in a movie. A lot more biracial couples, which is cool.

None of this was a crime. If they had fought this in court they may have even succeeded in getting one of the most idiotic “crimes” off the Federal books — “honest services fraud,” which should never be a crime when you’re dealing with private transactions and no demonstrable financial losses by anyone.
I’d hit it.
If that was a crime, then the people who work in university admissions offices would have been prosecuted en masse under RICO statutes years ago.

normal people with a good background who are Christian and white and have good academics will be given the run around while they pick some low scoring rich kid or minority kid...

It’s funny because a celebrity looked stupid on television but on the other hand it’s hardly a crime worth going to jail over. How about just kick the kid out of college and maybe some fine?

Me and about a1/4 of my high school class would have done it.
HS was a 4 year college prep station.
I did bouts of community college.

That’s when I switch channels.
They’d be a double Ivy legacy anyway (Baraq + Mooch), plus being “black” would make them coveted recruits, even if Baraq and Mooch had never made it out of Chicago.
That’s not what they did nor their motive.
