Drink milk while standing in the sun and your healed. None of that 2% stuff though. Has to be whole milk.

People north of Colorado don’t have access to enough sun, especially in winter...

Then a shot of milk every 6 to 8 hours. Does a tanning bed work I wonder.

You also need magnesium and k2
It helps your body absorb it .
American diet is very low on both and that is why we have so much metabolic and heart disease .

Our diets used to be high in magnesium when we grew our own green in our back yards . Most greens are grown by hydroponics now and they are very low .
Magnesium level never gets checked on standard blood test (doctors have to specifically order it and they almost never do )

That’s exactly what I take — once a day. I never had done that in my life until my orthopedic surgeon prescribed it. He laid out a regimen of daily supplements to begin a month before surgery in June, and continue through the month after surgery. I felt so good that I’ve continued with all of it.

Then I noticed that D3 was mentioned often in relation to Covid, so maybe that has helped me avoid it.

Also, since I despise most dairy, I figure it’s important to continue with this.

Yes, I do that every meal. Turmeric is great.

So it is a sunshine access problem. Well, we can set up a program to transport sunshine north during the winter months. Just need congressional authorization and about a $90 billion budget and I think we will remedy the problem. If it does not completely fix it we can continue the program as long as necessary (and with a growing budget).

Yeah I bumped my daily from 5K to 10K after covid-19 started. It also makes you feel a tad better.
