Drink milk while standing in the sun and your healed. None of that 2% stuff though. Has to be whole milk.

People north of Colorado don’t have access to enough sun, especially in winter...

Look for vit d plus k combo in wintertime at least. Not sure you can get enough d from sun in winter or not

I’m 77. Still drink whole milk...with good stuff like oatmeal, tuna and noodles, tomato soup...and try to get out every day. Sunny or overcast, you still get the Vit D. We’re not talking sun bathing....we’re talking 10 minutes.

Did you notice that the article did not even list milk as a source of vitamin D ?

At this time of year being in the sun doesn’t help unless you are very far to the South.

Vitamin D is added to whole milk just like any other milk to help with absorbing the calcium.

Thanks for sharing.
This isn’t new, D is strongly linked to helping with many health issues .
Everyone should be taking it. Everyone should be taking a multi vitamin .
D takes awhile to build up so now is the time to start. If you get Rona, it may be too late to start taking it then for it to help
