Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution grants the President of the United States the power to pardon any person convicted for or accused of federal crimes, except in cases of impeachment.
I thought he was indicted by the New York prosecutor, but it was a Federal Prosecutor that indicted him along with others.

The corrupt NY prosecutor really did a job on Brian Kolfage. They humiliated him, wouldn’t let him use his prosthesis. They charged him based on life style with a car & possessions he had had before he ever started build the wall, claiming he used money donated for the wall to buy them.
