Interesting. Pence is not a plaintiff in this suit. He’s one of the defendants. This lawsuit could ‘force’ Pence to not certify the electors. It would take away some of the political heat from him when he denies certification. The more this decision can be ‘forced’ on the administration by average citizens, the harder it will be for the Left to blame “Dictator Trump”.
Vice President Mike Pence has chosen the Vail Valley as his holiday destination, according to multiple sources.
The vice president’s extensive security detail has checked in at various hotels across the valley, and Air Force 2 was expected to land sometime Wednesday evening at Eagle County Regional Airport.
