Interesting. Pence is not a plaintiff in this suit. He’s one of the defendants. This lawsuit could ‘force’ Pence to not certify the electors. It would take away some of the political heat from him when he denies certification. The more this decision can be ‘forced’ on the administration by average citizens, the harder it will be for the Left to blame “Dictator Trump”.
Pence be like ... “Pleease don’t throw me in the briar patch. Pleease don’t force me to not certify the fraudulent electors”
Twelfth Amendment blows that away.
