I saw the Ivan P. twitters about this Pence Card and I have no clue about it being a nonentity, and Ivan did say tonight that Pence missed the deadline. I was hoping smart people would explain all this.

Were ALL the elector slates submitted today?
Are there some outstanding?
Were their any states that submitted 2 slates, or alternate slates?

Some states may not have fulfilled their duty today because of “ongoing matters involving fraud”.
Other states have been rumored to be reconvening to de-certify and re-appoint.
Other states may not have met safe-harbor (court actions).
