I eat fewer eggs that you would expect as we have 80 chickens, and get 4 dozen a day.
We only keep the ones not good enough to sell, and we probably eat a couple dozen a week.

I have 3 raw eggs every morning and have for the last 20 years, A little salt and pepper with a liberal splash of Louisiana hot sauce in a glass and mix in 3 eggs. Doesn’t taste much different than cooked eggs.

I have three eggs just about every morning. My cholesterol is still below 200 and I have a very healthy heart.
Don't listen to the doctors who want you to eat corn crispies every morning because they get paid off by the grain industries.
