I've been a loyal Republican for many decades. I've voted for Nixon through Trump (holding my nose for Romney and McCain). Unless the Republican leadership stands up and fights for Trump -- I'm finished. Let's do to the Republican Party what we did to Fox News!
Although I have sympathy for libertarian ideas I couldn't join the Libertarian Party due to their stance on drug legalization. So, I'll become one of the much sought after independents.

Reelect the Republicans in Georgia this January, but for 2022 and 2024 there needs to be a whole new party, and the Republicans can vanish like the Whigs did. Any Republican who didn’t give their full support to Trump in this crisis is not welcome in the new party.

I would offer the observation that about one-third of all Democrats are fed up with that party as well. Both groups need to draw up an exit, and forge two new parties.

You're correct. If anything, we should stay in the GOP and continue Trump's work. He laid it out for us, galvanized & strengthened the GOP. To leave it is to cut one's nose to spite one's face. There really are no alternatives.

Alternative one, New Patriotic political party, zero anti trumpers need apply from Any party.
Why, 80 plus million Patriots voted, not for the republican party, but for President Trump. Anyone that believes that the Republicans who ran ( apart from those who backed and continue to back PDJT) were proudly voted for by the population, or just coat tails that people vote for to keep the status quo.
Every time WE loose the only thing we see is the boo hoping, and finally the twin lines of dogma, support the GOPe and the Republican party, we will do better next time..cough.
