In discussing @realDonaldTrump in phone conversation in 8/19, Justice John Roberwts stated that he would make sure "the (profane word used for TRUMP) would never be re-elected" Roberts engaged in phone conversations with Justice Stephen Breyer discussing how to work to get Trump voted out.

Neither you or I are in a position to evaluate the performance of the DOJ. We may have opinions, but they are based on our personal biases or perceptions of the information that we choose to injest.

I live a few miles from the University of Georgia. And on their north Campus is a quad that is full of magnificent — and huge — live oak and other trees.
Lovely to walk that campus every once in a while.
Now if a tree is smarter than us, what about the seeds that grew those trees.
Even rocks have a certain intelligence. Otherwise how could they form?

The reason is: he’s putting pressure on Roberts. Lin Wood is not necessarily trying to take down Roberts.
He just wants Roberts to think more carefully about his choices...
It’s psychology. And considering the kind of cases Lin Wood has won, he’s got those tactics in spades.
He’s not after the judge. He wants to win over the jury — or pack the jury with millions of patriots :- )
