A man died over the weekend after a window closed on him while attempting to burglarize a Florida home.
Jonathan Hernandez, 32, died Saturday while breaking into a Lehigh Acres home by climbing through the window, which slammed on him, according to a report by WBBH, an NBC affiliated station serving the Jacksonville.
Hernandez was dead by the time deputies arrived.
Hernandez’s family members were surprised by the news of his death saying that they had never known him to act in this manner.
Family and friends are hoping an investigation will get them answers to Hernandez’s strange behavior.

Damn! Now that he’s dead, he will probably vote democrat at least five times in every election.
There was a case where a couple of burglers were injured or killed trying to break into a warehouse a decade or so ago and they sued and won because it was a dangerous situation that should not have been there.
There was also a guy that got tired of his shop being burgled, so he set up a booby trap with a shotgun at the back door. Sure enough, it worked and one of them died. The owner went to prison for it.
Apparently you can’t set up a booby trap using deadly force. I honestly don’t know why not, though.
I’m so stealing that.
