I contacted my Congress Rep to raise interest in objecting to the Harris electors now 'certified' for Washington State. Now that we are in Art. II, or 'political' phase of the Presidential election, the Natural Born Citizen ('NBC') qualification found in the US Constitution may be addressed.
Sen. Harris' parents were here on visas issued for their passports from India and Jamaica. Both countries practice birthright by bloodline, in contradiction to US policy. Clearly they were subject to the foreign jurisdictions which issued their passports. Her father became a naturalized US citizen after she was born, and he states that his daughter is not a US NBC.
Now we have a small window to file objections as voters to record an objection with the Electoral College by way of a court case, according to WA election law.
Don’t waste your time. Harris was born in the US. She is a natural born citizen. Her parents have nothing to do with it.

Exactly, US law inherits the definition of natural born from English Common Law (Blackstone) which is any one born in the United States. It does not use the definition in Vattel which only applies to Roman-Dutch law used in Continental Europe.
Trump will address this State Dept. fiction in his second term and ten's of thousands of past U.S. school teachers will be relieved.

At best, she is a native born citizen and not a NBC, at least in the very important and obvious national security sense intended by the founders. But we will not resolve the issue here on these pages.

Government doesn’t pay attention to the Constitution or its amendments. If they ignore the First and Second amendments, they will ignore the first clause of the fourteenth.
Think about it, what happened to Japanese and German babies born in the U.S. before the war were citizens? No.

That is incorrect birther nonsense. It is only inherited from the parents if the child is born outside the country. If born inside the country, as Harris was, her parent's status does not matter.
I will go further. Harris is NOT even an American citizen. She is an anchor baby, born to non-citizen parents. Harris should be deported, period!

Here’s the rub: if Trump and his legal team have been denied even an airing of well-documented fraud and corruption all based on either “too late” or “lack standing”, then I really don’t know how anyone would get through the door on this possibly Constitutional issue... First - because they will say such objections should have been aired out months (or more) ago. Second - good luck getting “standing” if you somehow were to get beyond the other obstacle.

The definition used by the founders of Natural Born is that of Blackstone, which every lawyer in the Colonies would have had a copy.
The Common Law definitions were inherited by the states and the United States upon independence.
There are a multitude of reasons Kamala Harris should not be Vice-President, the circumstances of her birth are not one of them.
I don’t know whether she is Unqualified or not, but I find it interesting that obama selected her to be the next president. Poor Joe has no clue how little time he has left.
