Is he intubated or on BiPAP or High flow. If not intubated do ALL you can for the following:

1. Ivermectin 12 mg a day x 5 days
2. Doxycycline 100 mg twice a day x 5 days
3. Decadron 6 mg a day x 5 days
4. Pepcid 40 mg a day x 5 days
5. Vitamin D 10,000 units a day x 5 days
6. Zinc 220 mg a day x 5 days

I asked my primary care physician about ivermectin back in May. He was very negative, acted nervously, and I got the impression that he did not want to discuss it. I suspected that the hospital had given instructions that ivermectin was off-limits. It’s unfortunate that our system will not pursue effective early treatment for COVID that could save lives and decrease the need to hospitalize individuals.

I just did the calculation based on my 79 kg weight and the .2 mg recommendation in the article works out to 15.8 mg so 12 mg is pretty close even by that protocol.

I see that you differ on the daily schedule too. Can’t think of a question about that though.

I checked back on the article and the protocols at the link for MATH+ and I-MASK+ and both dosage and regimen are the same throughout except for when it gets to the Progressive Respiratory symptoms stage.

Thank you for reminding us all about that. I don't have any experience with my local medical bureaucrats but it wouldn't surprise me if they still argued the point ... assuming they have a problem with using these protocols.

I guess that's when I'd say something about wanting to talk to my lawyer. No family to argue for me so that would be about it.

Ivermectin cocktail didn’t really hot prime time until August. The person who figured it out was the same physician who out a lot of surgeons out of business by discerning the cocktail for H pylori treatment and eliminates peptic ulcer disease
