I understand entirely. I just wanted to know for “educational purposes.”
I just did the calculation based on my 79 kg weight and the .2 mg recommendation in the article works out to 15.8 mg so 12 mg is pretty close even by that protocol.
I see that you differ on the daily schedule too. Can’t think of a question about that though.
