Is he intubated or on BiPAP or High flow. If not intubated do ALL you can for the following:

1. Ivermectin 12 mg a day x 5 days
2. Doxycycline 100 mg twice a day x 5 days
3. Decadron 6 mg a day x 5 days
4. Pepcid 40 mg a day x 5 days
5. Vitamin D 10,000 units a day x 5 days
6. Zinc 220 mg a day x 5 days

Thanks everyone. Going to push sister in law to get him this protocol. He is not intubated yet. I think the plasma antibody treatment is working. I am assuming he is on high flow but getting info second hand from sister in law.
