SCOTUS REJECTS Texas Lawsuit! Here’s Why THIS IS NOT OVER BY A LONGSHOT!!! (Substantive part of video begins at 3:45.)

Giuliani's Team has filed suits in the 4 states (WI, MI, PA and GA)where Trump DOES HAVE STANDING since he was directly affected by the fraud.

Because of these case and additional cases filed by Sean Parnell, the Dominion case and others, Turley believes there is a solid chance that the President of the Senate, Mike Pence, will not certify the electors, who vote on December 14th. As a result, a fully contested election will get thrown to the House of Representatives where the state delegates will elect Trump. There are 30 Republican state delegations and 20 Democrat.

“If the States do not have standing as to the results of fraud in a National election for the supreme executive office...”

I asked that same question and one of the crazy answers I got was Trump is still President so there’s no demonstrable damage until the day Biden is sworn in, at which point it won’t be able to be remedied.

Here is an article describing the timeline:

“The House and Senate convene for a joint session on Jan. 6 to count electoral votes. Pence presides over the process as president of the Senate and announces the results. The candidate that receives at least 270 out of 538 electoral votes becomes the next president.

Any objections to the electoral votes must be submitted in writing and signed by at least one House and one Senate member. If an objection arises, the two chambers consider the objection separately.”

https://www.cnbc.com/2020/11/10/heres-when-the-results-of-the-2020-election-will-be-finalized.html

There are many sources on line that say what or what could happen.

I’d like to see what JONATHAN Turley has to say about the SCOTUS ruling

By mistake I clicked on this windbag. Tried to figure out when we were getting to the real Turley, and then realized that I had been defrauded. But he won't fool me twice.

If Mike Pence does something that brave, I’ll literally eat my hat.

Even if there are to be objections, which appears most likely, both the House and Senate would have to agree to the objections and with the Democrats controlling the House, that ain’t going to happen.

When is OUR side gonna start rioting and acting the fool?

Calm, clean, precision would serve the Republic better.

Turley said the scotus ruling was the hail mary of all hail mary’s. he did not think it had a chance and he was right.

I’d like to know what the next step is if Pence doesn’t confirm the electors on Monday

Well, look at it this way, Pence will very likely be attacked in various ways by Leftists just like they will attack Trump once biteme gets into power. While I agree it will be brave to not certify the election, Pence doesn’t really much choice. So, unless your hat is a tortilla bowl filled with chile.......

OK, I’m ready for the backlash

If each state are truly sovereign members of The United States, No state has the right to challenge how another state chooses to (in this case : allow) their own official to screw their residents out of they right to vote under the laws established by their own state legislators. If those legislators do not assert their constitutional power and authority on the matter it’s not to the injury of neighboring/member states. Instead it’s a direct and local injury with in it’s own borders and jurisdiction. The people of such states are the injured parties. The Supreme Court , in this argument, could do no more than remind state legislators of their constitutional authority. While constitutional authority is given to state legislators, nothing compels them to assert that authority. They have delegated it. It does not matter (outside of that state) that state laws were/are ignored because the law makers themselves grant a waver of permission simply by not acting to asserting their own authority to enforce laws they establish.

As much as I agree with everyone who supported the Texas SCOTUS filing, I would expect the same response from SCOTUS if this were Pennsylvania vs Kansas in the 2020 election.

“has he said a single word since the election?
talk about staying off the grid.....”

Pence came down with a severe case of Laryngitis on the morning of November 4th.

If you take a step back, this is actually a great ruling by SCOTUS.

1. Because the US Constitution gives plenary authority over elections in each state, SCOTUS is telling the states to DO THEIR JOB. As a consequence, it requires engaged citizenry to speak to their elected representatives— and not just rely on a quick fix. As it should be.

2. SCOTUS is not about to open pandora’s box allowing other states to sue other states when they have the means to rectify lawlessness. So in essence, their ruling strengthens the Republic. It requires us to learn and participate.

3. I disagree with Dr. Turley concluding SCOTUS doesn’t want any part of this. No, the ruling signals that if you want SCOTUS to rule on a constitutional issue, you must “COME CORRECT”. These have already been refiled in each of the four states in question, with Donald Trump and citizens of that state.....and they most definitely have standing. SCOTUS will hear the merits of this case.
