I don't know anything about legal stuff but when I looked it up this is what it says about being docketed. It says 'listing the cases pending trial'

It’s not fake, but “docketed” is perfectly normal and doesn’t mean that the Court will actually hear it, so it’s not really newsworthy IMO.

Like 98% percent of the Fed and State Judicial Branch, Woods 11/13 filing tossed.
Near all lower courts across the country won’t even truly consider any valid US citizen’s most fundamental Constitutional rights not to have their ballots stolen, which includes by unlawful and Unconstitutional voting rule decrees!
These unlawful decrees enabled the national scale ballot fraud, which either neutralizes the valid ballots, or outright stole the ballot from the rightful voter!
For courts to nationally align AGAINST the legitimate voters, is pure violence and destruction of our Constitution, and thuggery against our “parliamentary/representative” form of government.
It is a Judicial declaration that citizens no longer have the right to elect their representative electors/government representation!
Any who have taken part in this socialist thuggery need to be ended with prejudice.

Everything that comes to the Supreme Court gets put on the docket. It’s just the first step in the process. It doesn’t mean they will hear the case or do anything in particular with it.

Oh thank the Lord!! I am one huge fan of this great person and to hell with those who condemn and criticize Lin Wood. He has been so successful in his career. He first came on my radar when he went after the deep state and media for attempting to destroy Richard Jewell in the 1996 Olympic bombing! Clint Eastwood even made a movie about the steamrolling of Jewell.

Yes, he filed his case against our SOS and his illegal election rules on 11/13. It has been dismissed for standing twice in lower courts (Wood is a GA voter). It’s the same argument Texas is making, just from a voter himself.
