What I thought was encouraging is this... if they were going to shoot down the Texas case, would they have bothered to docket Wood’s?
Once a case has Certiorari, Roberts cannot stop the case.
However, it’s the “from docket” to “Certiorari” I am concerned about.
And Kavanaugh will hopefully show Kamala.
Does anyone know if the USSC can delay the Electoral College on December 14th? I haven’t read it in the US Constitution, but may be something in the US Code? Legal types, what say you?

That was so frustrating to me... and then Powell’s lawsuit was on behalf of 8 electors who also were rule not to have “standing”.
Somebody has to have standing!
May the minds of the Supremes be controlled by the God that inspired the original architects of the US Constitution. May they feel a deep conviction of their responsibility as stewards of its’ righteous intents & literal wording.

We also can’t forget Kamala Harris’ outrageous accusations against Brett Kavanaugh. This wasn’t even 2 years ago. At least 2 Supreme Court justices have personally experienced lies and misconduct from the 2020 Democratic Party ticket.
Clarence Thomas may write the majority opinion... Sweet Justice...
