Does anyone know if the USSC can delay the Electoral College on December 14th? I haven’t read it in the US Constitution, but may be something in the US Code? Legal types, what say you?

I don’t think they can, but they can clarify when the Legislature can jump in, and whether they can resubmit Electors.

The 14th is not in the Constitution. It is a federal statute but I dont think it applies when the election is in question.
