After being docketed, the case/suit will now go before a three judge panel, who will decide if they will grant “Certiorari”.

The 14th is not in the Constitution. It is a federal statute but I dont think it applies when the election is in question.

They do t care about court packing and watering down their positions. They’ve got lifetime income and healthcare. We shall see if they truly honor the Constitution of The United States of America or not.

Not only that, but Kagan and Sotomayor, due to their connections with Biden will have to recuse themselves for the case.

Late reply, but you know they would never do that. With that logic, Thomas would recuse himself since it could be speculated that he may have a vendetta against Biden.

I sure believe that! He got hammered over the last week or so because of his “stay home” in the senate election. Well, he was right. I believe it was Einstein who said the definition of insanity was doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Unless big changes take place in GA, those two republican senators are sitting ducks.
