After being docketed, the case/suit will now go before a three judge panel, who will decide if they will grant “Certiorari”.
So it could be a 3 judge panel consisting of Roberts, Kagan and Sotomayor? If so, we already know how this is going to end...if not, just maybe we’ll have a shot of some sort.
