Sources telling me that SCOTUS is expected to announce today that they will not hear the Texas case.

I would've been surprised only if they had actually agreed to hear it.

SCOTUS is not going to reverse the election.

Then there will be an open civil war.

So if SCOTUS declines this case, then what? Fraud and lawlessness prevails? What do the Patriots do to protect the Republic?

“SCOTUS is not going to reverse the election.”

Why do you use the enemy’s false phrase?

The should throw out ballots that did not meet the standards. The US constitution asserts that state legislatures only decide election law. Further that state legislatures may not give that duty up and that no judicial or executive branch may usurp that duty.

SCOTUS wouldn't be "reversing the election" ... that's up to the states' legislatures by what they may do.

SCOTUS would only be acknowledging the actions of those states violated the U.S. Constitution ... which is SCOTUS's "effing job" to consider and rule on!

...except it isn’t “reversing” the result - but getting it right, AS POSSIBLE.

We can’t allow a fraudulent election stand - which will be the result if they do nothing.

SCOTUS is not going to reverse the election.

That is clearly NOT what they have been asked to do.

They’ve asked to simply review and confirm that these 4 states did not follow the law if their legislatures, as required by the US Constitution, which these states did not even deny in their responses.

The suggested remedy was to appropriately re-assert the state legislatures to their constitutional duty to select their state electors, in the limited time remaining.

If they hide from their duty to our country to resolve this, then it is one of our darkest days ever. Future elections will be decided by whoever can cheat the most, if they all haven’t been recently already.

SCOTUS is not going to reverse the election.

If by "reversing the election" you mean:

- USSC has no interest in upholding the Constitution;
- Equal Protection under the law is dead;
- All votes are equal (but some votes, especially mail-in are more equal than others)

Then I say it's time to load up and get ready for the revolution. It's on. CWII will be here.

The question is not to “reverse an election” (BTW, “election” is a very specific term).
The question is, are States’ election laws alterable by officials outside the State legislature; did the States follow their own laws?
And, if they didn’t, did that dilute the legal votes of other States within the concept of popular vote.
To, say, each vote representing 3-fifths of a voter.

3-fifths of a man.
3-fifths of a man.

SCOTUS is not going to reverse the election.

They don't have to. They just have to let the truth be revealed. The real results of the election should prevail.

They weren’t asked to reverse. They were asked to enjoin (stop) Defendants from seating electors or remand to Defendant legislatures.

The enjoined does not reverse as it does not rule electors go to Donald Trump.

Remand to legislatures does not reverse.

In either the above, the next steps per the Constitution might reverse or not, but at that juncture, SCOTUS is not involved.

It wasn’t an election. It was a criminal ballot stuffing event.

So it’s down to the State legislatures.

“SCOTUS is not going to reverse the election.”

I’ve been saying that for quite some time now, and have been vilified by many FReepers for saying so.
