Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Hope Trump is “on the move” The Rats have stolen the election and even Trumps own justices won’t hear the case. They could have pretended to have an interest.
DJT has nothing left but Martial Law. Might as well go with it. We are totally doomed unless Trump makes something happen. Rats are laughing their way to the bank. No Rep will win again. No one will back Trump in 2024. That is useless.

I do believe Trump and Q et. al. patriots planned for this as the most likely outcome. The Deep State won’t give up - it has nothing to gain by giving up.
China and other puppeteeres in the NWO are happy to expend
people. They have leverage/blackmail and will use it until the person does what they are told or breaks, or perhaps is arrested. If Biden/Harris are taken down, it doesn’t matter to the Deep State. No loyalty there - we’re all expendable to them.. Deep State puppets are expendable and will be thrown at us, into the bon fire, as needed.
I believe the NWO deep/staters are fine trying to foment Civil War. They just want to put a “good face” on said war to get the UN involved. The UN is already here; they advised their staff to “stay clear” of the NOv 3 elections but they did not order them to leave the US. The public needs to understand that the UN is just the friendly PR face of coup.
So from my perspective, things are moving along as anticipated. The public can see that the SCOTUS should act but will not. This makes Martial Law comprehensible to those who would otherwise reject the idea under any circumstances.
The White Hats had to, and still will, expend any and all efforts to resolve this without martial law. The public needs to understand that the President doesn’t WANT martial law, but will enact it once all attempts at maintaining the rule of law are defeated by corrupt courts.
President Trump doesn’t WANT martial law but I believe he and others anticipate it, because the Deep State would not give up without at least trying civil unrest/FF etc.
I believe that Martial Law’s military tribunals remove a key vulnerability from our situation. Ordinarily, during civilian trials that last years, and in the US entail repeated appeals, the CIA continues to rock the public, hammer them with psyops and FF etc. to overthrow the government. The years spent fighting to bringing justice through the courts can be hard and fraught with danger (escape attempts, FF etc.) and threatened, bribed judges like the ones we have now anyway.
By holding off prosecuting in civil courts when all is calm , waiting for martial law that the POTUS didn’t want, but expected to have, cases that would drag on for years in civil courts can be swiftly resolved in military tribunals, including sentencing. This is so important to our country - moving through the unrest to stability ASAP.
There is a very crass (but to guys, hilarious) video of some Aussie getting in people’s faces when they’re having a pity party and telling them to pull themselves together.

I dare say if you’ve been within earshot of the armed forces when they didn’t realize you were there, you just might’ve heard similar language.
This might just end like a baseball game where one team had 10 hits, zero runs, the other team had one hit and one run...Runs matter, hits don’t.

I'm beginning to understand more fully, how people in my dad's generation volunteered in droves to join the military to fight the demon Imperial Japan and Hitler's Germany. Problem now is that those two entities, in a somewhat lesser form for now, exist within our borders and at many levels in our own government.
This theft cannot stand. It just can't. Either we have a constitutional Republic or we have war.
