Never know...homeless guy might have been supplying drugs to owner in exchange for camping rights...or could have been a crazy family relation...wait till the politically correct handcuffed police figure it out.

Had a young guy approach me while getting into my car........(Yellow light blinking) Asked for money (red light)....said his wife was pregnant and they were living under a bridge...(think)...Told him where the nearest Catholic Help service was who would help them. That I didn’t carry cash. He walked away.
As I drove away he was taking cash from a driver he stopped.
Not likely to be any charges filed.
Or it could be a simple act of charity.
The Transient could be a homeless vet with PTSD.

transients are usually transients for a reason- because they are mentally ill- it is not charity to allow them to stay on your property- you aint helping them mentally- they need psychiatric care-
