One more white trash ‘elite’...
One of Epstein’s friends? One of Hunter’s friends?
Are the good guys finally getting around to looking into that bottomless crime scene...
Fascinating ....I’d love to know more if u want to share
Back when I was a sophisticated but conservative erudite Manhattanite in the last century my girlfriend and I subscribed to the New Yorker mainly for the cartoons
I did not know they were called single panel gag
I guess Gahan Wilson was a master of that....
You caught my interest thanks
Is the New Yorker now more leftist or am I more sensitive to it
Their online articles for today are simply crazy
The cartoons are still pretty good
The DOJ appears to not be investigating the crimes against our Republic.
But they are doing good work protecting children.
I have a feeling this creep is in much deeper than has been reported.
Using the ICEBERG Analogy: All we are seeing is the TIP, 90% plus is there but under the surface for now.
I recall reading an article a few years ago where it was asserted that 99+% of child porn available on the internet was seeded by various police agencies as bait. There were a few known cases where an agency would take over porn sites (at least 18 months in one case) and run them as honey traps, sometimes even using the evidence locker to source new material. Then they would use porn ad brokers to seed CP thumbnail images into the targets' browser history and use that data in turn to open investigations, convict people, gain sentence enhancements, revoke parole, justify expenditures and budget requests, etc.
Interestingly when I tried to tried to search for the news articles about this, Papa Google threw up a warning that child porn is illegal and started censoring search results, apparently based on my browser fingerprint (I verified this by searching using a testing harness).
Hmm - so even if you check to even see if there are these sites you can be targeted?
The New Yorker has always been the pinnacle of gag cartoon sophistication and achievement. If you get a cartoon published there - you’ve made it. They call them “gag cartoons” because they are not a comic strip and they are not syndicated i.e. under contract by a publisher like most of the newspaper comics. Most magazine gag cartoonists are strictly freelance. They mail out batches of cartoon “roughs” in pencil to various magazines hoping they will be bought. The cartoon editor picks one or two and mails them back with an OK and then the cartoonist does the finished pen and ink. They pay a flat fee per cartoon. The New Yorker pays the most.
A very few cartoonists, like this one, get a contract. I’m sure a lot has changed in the business since I was really clued in thirty years ago.
You can get bound volumes of New Yorker cartoons going back many years. I love sitting down with these and spending hours going through them. Some of my favorite artists are Roz Chast, Chon Day, Charles Adams, George Booth and S. Gross.
Bad sex indeed ...
You can tell by his work what was on his mind.....................
“Temporary insanity” second degree manslaughter.
However charges will probably be reduced if Roundheels takes office.

Looks like she will, given how hard the DemonShits are going after sonny boy Hunter, now that they think Dementia Joe’s going to get inaugurated. However, I’m still hoping for a last quarter 80 yard Hail Mary followed by a three point conversion.
It is too damned easy to plant porn on computers and smartphones. I don’t trust any of these arrests. Many of them are likely good but enough are planted that I don’t think they should be allowable as evidence of anything. It is the easiest way to arrest someone they don’t have the goods on for the crime or the political inconvenience one is really being arrested for.
Not even close. the problem is that the bigger the government and the more one has to get any sort of official approval to do something the more corrupt it is. When a bureaucrat is the gatekeeper the way to get something done, get a permit, say, is to do something nice for the bureaucrat like building him a free carport if you are a building contractor.
It’s how dogs do introductions .
Please say you interviewed S. Gross. Can’t possibly be a normal human being... Or maybe he is, entirely different from his cartoons?
“I wish I was taller.” < /Seinfeld >
No, I did not get a chance to interview him. I did interview Chon Day over the phone. Seemed like a nice fellow. I probably still have the tape somewhere. But I know what you mean about S. Gross. I still enjoy my copy of his book, “I Am Blind And My Dog Is Dead”.
Ditto that!!
