All they need to do is survey current HCQ users and see if any of them caught COVID.

For what it’s worth, it seems like Ivermectin is the choice in a number of countries. Also easily available here, at least the horse version.
It seems like HCQ would be an effective prophylactic but outside of Indian observational studies, it hasn’t really been shown to be effective. I still used CQ tho. Plus quercetin.
I’ve focused on immune system support using the things on your list (except no Ivermectin). I’ve also focused on general fitness and lost 30 lbs.
If you’re walking around as a type-2 diabetic, undiagnosed type-2 diabetic, or “pre” type-2 diabetic, your CoVid19 outcomes are likely to be much worse. Fix that first. Plus your overall health will be much better and you’ll greatly reduce the likelihood of all the metabolic influenced diseases like cancer, Alzheimer’s, heart disease, etc.
Daily exercise and a low carb diet worked for me.
I do not know anyone who took any of these prophylactics and still caught the virus, but I do know an elderly couple who caught the virus and after taking about 400 mg/day of BHT for several days got over it pretty quick with no lingering side effects. As far as a prophylactic is concerned a combination of QUERCETIN+ZINC+C+D should work quite well if you are hesitant to take BHT; to lessen the impact should you catch this fabulous bug. I for one would consider this regimen any time over these quickly concocted vaccines.
Recommend the Marik or Zelenko Prevention Protocol (zinc, quercetin, C, D3, melatonin, etc)

Matcha tea, raw cacao are best for everyday prevention.
Upon getting any symptoms (sore throat, cough), take 300mg Quercetin, wait 30 min, then take 30mg (chelated) zinc (pref. w copper). If sore throat also gargle w warm water + sea salt.
I take Vit C for dripping sinus...and to ward off colds..Works for me.
I believe Mr. Trump only took HCQ for a couple of weeks last summer.
My parents had COVID, I started zinc/quercetin as soon as I was aware of exposure (which was extensive). Continued usual Vit C (1000 mg) and Vit D, multivit regimen. I did not get sick.
