Of course you can! This is why hand shaking is discouraged and why “wash your hands” is a thing!

Well that might be a stretch because he absolutely despises cruz. (Like all the other RINOs do) . I’d be impressed if he admitted Cruz would be the right call.

I am very critical of the “Public face” of the legal team assembled, this is true. I don’t think clown car is an off-base analogy. The legal arguments are also holding little weight. This is a reality. Sorry. These cases may not even make it to the Supreme Court the way they have been written and argued. Again, a reality.

Most of the cases haven’t actually been filed by Trump’s legal team, and not all the cases need to make it to the USSC, of course. Also, there are few election attorneys who aren’t affiliated with the two major parties, with those on the GOP side being uniparty shills who largely declined to get involved.

Those who have been working on it have been doing heroic work, even if their war paint sometimes shows. (Hello Rudy, who is a little past his prime but still doing incredibly important work for Trump and the country.)

That is a bunch of crap.

He actually explained in detail what they needed to do to get SCOTUS to accept and overturn.

IN DETAIL.

He said if you present them 10k fraudulent ballots and Biden is ahead by 80k they most likely won’t take it. Because he knows what he’s talking about. He said they need to compile them all into one case so scotus will accept it.

He said if you don’t, THEN it’s a long shot. And he was being generous actually. Because in reality without compiling them it is a no shot.

Did you want him to lie and say this would be easy?

He was being honest and real and HELPFUL.

and how on earth is this political posturing? You realize if he loses the case, regardless how well he argues it, then he’ll be blamed for the loss and people like you will say he sabotaged Trump. This is the opposite of political posturing. Politically, it’s a HUGE risk for him.
But he loves his country just like Trump does. And he’s putting country first.
That should be applauded. STOP EATING OUR OWN! Cruz is one of the good guys!

He isnt wasted in the Senate he is one of the only good guy FIGHTERS there.

We don’t need fighters on the bench. There are plenty of constitutionalists to fill that role.

He’s good where he is and besides, he said he was NOT interested in SCOTUS. Like a thousand times.

Trump wasn’t very likeable either. A lot of people came around when they actually saw what he did and what a real fighter he is. I was one of those.

The injunction is for a stay while the cert is pending. I think they’re drafting it now. My understanding.
Without a cert petition forthcoming, there would be no reason for injunction. Again that’s my understanding.

Anyone who said Trump lacked the curbside appeal to get elected POTUS was simply out of touch.

Anyone who said Ted Cruz lacked the curbside appeal to be elected POTUS was right.

That’s the difference.

I looked on YouTube and NTD.com but I cannot find the "handshake" video, namely because I cannot remember what State the hearing was in.. I BELIEVE it was the first presentation/testimonials of fraud Giuliani did but cannot find the video. Perhaps I didn't dig deep enough..

In any case, the supposed witness didn't really have any examples of specific fraud but his begging and pleading to shake Giuliani's hand really set off my alarm bells.

I’m glad you saw what I saw. Some FReepers are highly intuitive such as yourself. If we could find this “begging for a handshake” video and get FReepers to watch it, I think we could build a consensus of those in agreement with us!

Thanks. I know, the hearings all start to merge, in my mind ;-)

If I happen to find it, I’ll post.

Thx.

I guess you have a short memory. And by the way, nobody’s eating their own here. I acknowledged that Cruz can do good work. But I also pointed out something that’s obvious to anyone with eyes. Cruz is ambitious, and politics is just a means to an end for him. We’ve seen him compromise ‘principle’ before. He’s allied with Trump right now, and that’s a good thing. But you’re gullible if you think Cruz wouldn’t throw Trump under the bus if he thought it was to his personal advantage.

Like I said, you have a short memory. It was only 4 years ago, that Cruz gave a speech at the Republican convention and refused to endorse Trump. You honestly think he’s changed his nature in four years? You’re being niave if you think so.

My whole attitude about Trump changed after he took office. So yes. Get outta the echo chamber and pay attention to people who think differently. I thought trump would be a RINO disaster and he turned out to be the best president in my lifetime or at least tied with Reagan. I’m thinking better.

SCOTUS has denied the injunction. i have no idea if they are considering the pleading as a cert request.
