With intensive care capacity dropping sharply, counties in the San Joaquin Valley and Southern California regions will shut down certain businesses and activities starting Sunday to curb the spread of COVID-19 under the state’s new regional stay-at-home order.
On Saturday, the California Department of Public Health announced that ICU capacity had dropped below 15% in the two regions, triggering the new order that went into effect Saturday at 12:59 p.m. Counties in the two regions have to put the new restrictions in place starting at noon on Sunday.
According to state health officials, only 8.6% of ICU beds remain open and staffed in the San Joaquin Valley region, with 12.5% remaining in Southern California.
Here are the counties affected:
San Joaquin Valley: Calaveras, Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, San Benito, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tulare, Tuolumne
Southern California: Imperial, Inyo, Los Angeles, Mono, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura

John Paul Mac Isaac is an American Patriot and hero. He was the owner of a computer repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware. Hunter Biden brought his laptop to John for repair. John did what he asked and tried to return it. But the drug addled Hunter did not return to pick it up nor did he pay his bill.
In the course of recovering Hunter’s hard drive, Mr. Mac Isaac discovered material relevant to the impeachment trial of Donald Trump as well as evidence of Hunter’s sexual and narcotics depravity.
Mr. Mac Isaac did everything by the book. He turned the evidence over to the FBI. But they sat on it. Out of his concern as a true patriot, Mr. Mac Isaac gave a copy of the hard drive to Rudy Giuliani. The rest is history.

On Monday, Charlie Kirk interviewed former Kansas Attorney General Phil Kline of the Amistad Project, on his Got Freedom show. The interview starts at the 41:00 minute mark, but a bombshell is dropped by Kline at the 43:15 mark, where he reveals how Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s contributed $400 million to a leftist group that was used to give Democrat-stronghold areas, especially in critical swing states, an advantage in the November election.
In the video, Kline reveals how the Democrats stole ballots from Americans. He explained how “third parties,” specifically Rock the Vote, were given “front end access” to voter rolls by Democrat Secretary of States where they actually had the ability to add names to the voter rolls.
