Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) on Monday shot down President Donald Trump’s call to bolster the state’s recount using his emergency powers.
“Georgia law prohibits the governor from interfering in elections. The Secretary of State, who is an elected constitutional officer, has oversight over elections that cannot be overridden by executive order,” Cody Hall, a spokesperson for Kemp, said in a statement to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “As the governor has said repeatedly, he will continue to follow the law and encourage the Secretary of State to take reasonable steps – including a sample audit of signatures – to restore trust and address serious issues that have been raised.”
Earlier Monday, President Trump criticized Kemp for failing to tackle the “goldmine of fraud” in the state’s presidential election by not signature matching mail-in ballots.“Why won’t Governor Brian Kemp, the hapless Governor of Georgia, use his emergency powers, which can be easily done, to overrule his obstinate Secretary of State, and do a match of signatures on envelopes,” the president tweeted in reference to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R).
Raffensperger has said signatures matching is now impossible due to ballots being separated from their outer envelopes.

VERY interesting! Keep praying everyone for God to unveil the unknown. He knows exactly what has happened, is happening, and what will happen. No one should go into this without being "prayed up".
I’m a resident of GA. I can say with certainty that I WILL NOT be voting for Kemp next time around. At this point I don’t know which conservative I’ll vote for. I will be voting for my senators in January but after that they have to show me they’re not rhinos.
Hopefully there will be no next time for Kemp as he should be in jail.

I see your point but WHERE is the Georgia Legislature. The Rs have heavy majorities and they are mute.
It is bizarre. Kemp could have called a special session of legislature weeks ago, Georgians have been demanding it for weeks. Nothing. He tweets about Diwali and duck hunting.
The only rep I have heard from is Loudermilk, where are the rest of them?

If they have the ballot, they can do signature matching.
They can count the number of signatures that don’t match. If the number is less than the difference in their count, nothing happens.
Same place as the PA, MI, and AZ legislature.

Yep. Both of em are as filthy as pigs wallowing in a mud hole. On two fronts: The China mask purchase kickbacks and the Dominion under-the-table money.
