Say Team Trump loses the race against time and Biden is seated Jan 20th. However they are able to present incontrovertible evidence after Biden is seated that Trump got more votes than Biden and the court rules in Trump's favor. Can Biden be legally removed and replaced by Trump ?

NO. There is no provision in the Constitution. The best you can do is to have the House impeach and the Senate convict and remove Biden, but then you’ll end up with President Harris.

Probably not because the electors decided by then. The Constitution would say the recourse is impeachment.
That said, I don’t believe the Constitution needs to be a suicide pact in a crisis like this.

No. Biden and Harris would have to resign and Trump would have to be elected by the house and pence by the senate as replacements. Pence would need to go first. Never gonna happen.

No, but Biteme could absolutely be impeached for the same reason the democommieglobalists impeached Trump. I mean my God, we even got Biteme admitting to it on videotape and if democommieglobalists whine about it, then it would prove they impeached Trump solely for political reasons
Yes- Pelosi and the dems will replace him for mental infirmity.
New VP either Pelosi or Hillary.
That leaves us with Harris and whoever she chooses as VP.
Is that really a better option?
Difficult but not impossible.
First, the Republicans would have to take control of the House.
Second, the Republicans in the House would elect Trump as House Speaker.
Third, the House would impeach Biden and Harris and the Senate would convict both Biden and Harris.
Finally, the House Speaker would become President.
The votes Harris got for Vice President were no more genuine than the ones Biden received.
