Probably not because the electors decided by then. The Constitution would say the recourse is impeachment.

That said, I don’t believe the Constitution needs to be a suicide pact in a crisis like this.

The Constitution is like a peace treaty between the various political factions in the country. The enemy has breached the contract with their treasonous and traitorous actions (colluding with communist China, Venezuela, Iran) to steal the election from President Trump. As such, they are no longer protected by the Constitution.

Maybe by the Geneva Conventions, but as enemy traitors, no longer by the US Constitution.
