I think vote counts only stopped in the contested states - MI, PA, WI, maybe a couple others. It wasn’t very many. I also think the vote counting stopped because they wanted to “blend” more Biden votes into the vote count as the counting continued rather than have huge vote dumps. Unfortunately for them, they still had to do that and the cheat was obvious.
They had to stop to see how many fake ballots they had to print up and/or deliver to the various precincts to over come Trump’s lead.
The fact that they did this simultaneously, even across different time zones, will be their downfall...............
Because all the Democrat "vote counters" watched a Biden speech "live stream" and instantly fell asleep.
I believe they needed to calculate the ballot stuff in amount required and adjustments on the to me and very machines required to accommodate the belt stuffing. Also allow them opportunity to get rid of the GOP watchers and pull watchers and then sneak back and continue to count
The effort at this time is to determine if the counting was stopped/triggered by a specific “calculated difference” that was hard coded into he tabulation machines.
The “end of day” code, resident in the voting machines after counting, MUST go through a forensic audit.
This would stagger the shutdowns and not APPEAR to be coordinated across state lines.
Maybe the lamestream media is reporting everything they want US to know and we all know the media never lie .... the reports from the lamestream media are as pure as the wind driven snow after having gone through a sewer .....
Three key swing states, GA, MI, and WI all stopped their counting within a five hour period and sent home all Republican poll officials. They then continued counting in secret adding boxes of quickly manufactured illegal votes based on the testimony of eye witnesses. At this point the data shows 4 anomalous spikes in Biden’s count that are statistically impossible in terms of the size and relative margin relationship to all other tallies both before and after the spikes. Not to the absolute second, but yes - the counting seemed to have stopped close enough in time to raise red flags.

The excuses were all over the map - from the water leak you mentioned below, to allowing tired workers a break to rest (even though workers stayed in all locations and continued to "work", often without ANY observers).

I've seen several folks report that they had dug through records, FOIs, and public work orders for the date -and found ZERO evidence of an actual water leak or repair order. Take that for what you want.

Depends - sometimes in the most liberal big cities, they do pause. But this was very different than in the past.
6) Why is there no recent investigation on this contention? Gateway Pundit seems to be only article, and that was November 10.

'Someone' had a team of seditionists in several targeted cities and sent out a command to stop counting so the numbers could be adjusted into manageable amounts. Are you trying to get us to believe you have not seen the graphic illustrations Travis McGee has posted showing the fraud in progress?
Election nights of 2016 and 2020 are basically identical in what happened and timing. In both, Trump was marching through the States with most going to him. Sometime after 10 pm, the media went FULL STOP.
Remember in 2016, it was a given that HRC was going to win. When it became apparent that Trump was going to actually win, everything stopped. It was like that for hours. Same this year. I think the Left in ‘16 ordered the FULL STOP while they frantically looked for a way to salvage (cheat) the election. They didn’t have a plan because they didn’t think they needed one. (Hillary was doing to win.) After searching for a way, they eventually decided that she’d lost, and Obama called HRC and told her to concede.
On Nov. 3rd this year, they panicked again because Trump was winning big. BUT, they’d learned from 2016 and were prepared. I think they had to improvise some because the Trump numbers were even larger than they’d predicted, but they were ready. The steal began.
That is my own personal. correct opinion.

The ‘stop counting’ and ‘stop reporting’ are two different things.
The media stopped reporting results around 8:30 CT, similar to what they did in 2016. You can probably check the election night LIVE FR thread to determine about when.
I do recall on election night 2020 that NY was called almost immediately after the polls closed there, but the other ‘swing’ states were not called.
From what I remember, counting continued to various non-swing states, but the reporting was exceedingly sluggish.
