Joe Biden injured his ankle Saturday while playing with his dog, his campaign says.
“On Saturday Nov. 28, President-elect Biden slipped while playing with his dog Major, and twisted his ankle. Out of an abundance of caution, he will be examined this afternoon by an orthopedist.”
No further details were available.

But the reality is that all too often the elderly, especially women, sit too long and over time their weak bones, like the hip joint tend to sort of slip out of alignment. Mama stands up and at some point, well Mama falls and breaks her hip. And maybe her elbow along with it. Or bangs her head. See so many of the poor dears in the ER I work in. See it all the time.
I will keep that in mind as the time approaches. Move around.

Yes. Move around. Just a little bit off walking around the the house. My wife was at one time a CNA(certified nurses assistant, now she’s a heart monitor tech)) and she would have her mother walk around the house a little each day once she was past the age of 80. Mama didn’t always like it so much but she did live to be 97.
Probably more like it.
