The ‘smartest man in the room’ has joined Sidney Powell’s team

In her Georgia complaint, Sidney Powell included the Declaration of Navid Keshavarz-Nia, an expert witness who stated under oath that there was massive computer fraud in the 2020 election, all of it intended to secure a victory for Joe Biden. Dr. Kershavarz-Nia’s name may not mean a lot to you, but it’s one of the weightiest names in the world when it comes to sniffing out cybersecurity problems.

We know how important Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is because, just two-and-a-half months ago, the New York Times ran one of its Sunday long-form articles about a massive, multi-million dollar fraud that a talented grifter ran against the American intelligence and military communities. Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is one of the few people who comes off looking good:

SNIP

Professionally, Dr. Kershavarz-Nia has spent his career as a cybersecurity engineer. “My experience,” he attests,” spans 35 years performing technical assessment, mathematical modeling, cyber-attack pattern analysis, and security intelligence….” I will not belabor the point. Take it as given that Dr. Kershavarz-Nia may know more about cybersecurity than anyone else in America.

So, what does the brilliant Dr. Kershavarz-Nia have to say? This:

1. Hammer and Scorecard is real, not a hoax (as Democrats allege), and is used to manipulate election outcomes.

2. Dominion, ES&S, Scytl, and Smartmatic are all vulnerable to fraud and vote manipulation – and the mainstream media reported on these vulnerabilities in the past.

3. Dominion has been used in other countries to “forge election results.”

4. Dominion’s corporate structure is deliberately confusing to hide relationships with Venezuela, China, and Cuba.

5. Dominion machines are easily hackable.

6. Dominion memory cards with cryptographic key access to the systems were stolen in 2019.

I’m assuming it’s a standard contract....probably tweaked a bit for the purchaser.

Here's the amendment to the Cook County contract with Dominium.

https://gellerreport.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Chicago.CookAmendDominion.pdf

Seems all roads to Dominion's insertion into the election control systems originate in Chicago, Cook County....the Home of Election fraud. Note that contract was extended to 2028
Both Cook County official and Dominion reps are named along with facsimile signatures

It takes electrons more time to resolve elections than paper ballots.

There's more to the Cook County contract scandal which was awarded on the RFP (Request For Proposal) submission closing date...no time for evaluation of submissions.

Unfortunately the sites with this information are pretty crappy with huge amounts of pop up ads. Trying to find a clean source.

Suggest that FReepers search for RFPs and contract awards in their home states to locate these documents which have to be published openly by legislative mandate As always, follow the money trail. The RFP/contract search always points to the entry point when public funds are allocated...

The buzz is in Georgia, Dominion got a $100 million contract and that Dominion
lavished gifts on families of the governor and SoS who signed off on the deal.

If the NYTimes did an article on him a few months ago, it was so someone could dig dirt on him or find his vulnerabilities such as close family members. Or to show who needed a dump truck to have an accident on him. Or some untraceable poison ...

Apparently The Georgia SoS hid behind some CYA for max bribes.

https://www.ajc.com/news/state—regional-govt—politics/companies-submit-confidential-bids-for-georgia-voting-system/SYsJ3vS3OxKYLKRw3BCDdK/

excerpt:

“The Secretary of State’s Office wouldn’t release any information about the companies bidding on the contract, citing a state law that exempts proposals and cost estimates from public disclosure until the government gives notice of intent to award a contract to the successful bidder. The law says disclosure would undermine the goal of obtaining the best value during negotiations.”

The court cannot discount this witness testimony. He was the evidence that convicted many people of Federal Cybercrimes. Impeaching his testimony calls all the Cyber Crimes he testified in to question.

Doesn’t matter if Dominion reset the key after it was stolen. Dominion’s key was stolen, meaning Dominion made it capable of being stolen. Any reset key is open to theft as well. Should be a done deal. Should have been a done deal a long time ago.

I read the whole damn thing.

To me, that seems like an election do-over (not possible I suppose) so I hope all the evidence gets before the USSC post haste.

Didn’t Biden say something to the effect that he had the best election fraud possible going for him.

I’ll have to look that up.
