There is a reasonable point in time to which the SCOTUS can resort to delegitimize all ballots counting after that time. After the command was sent to the particular cities and Maricopa County to stop counting (a very suspicious event for sure), establishes a moment beyond which all ballots are too suspect to be entered with the legitimate ballots cast during the 11/3 open polls.
