Attorney Sidney Powell filed a 104-page lawsuit in Georgia alleging massive voter fraud in the 2020 election.
Sidney Powell’s lawsuit contained allegations of numerous irregularities, anomalies, old fashioned “ballot stuffing,” violations of Georgia’s Election Code, unlawful audit procedures and use of voting machines to manipulate votes.
Many witnesses testified they saw ballots marked for President Trump being put into Joe Biden piles and pre-printed “pristine” ballots that went 100% for Joe Biden.
One affiant testified they saw “counterfeit” ballots with darker colored watermarks that went 100% to Joe Biden.

Data analyst Matt Braynard, data and strategy director for Pres Trump’s 2016 election campaign, found such people:

Because it meets “Standing” in Federal Court and not so much in state court. The real issue is “Remedy.” Does anyone have Courage? We will find out...

Unreal, and the damn media keeps claiming the accusations of voter fraud are baseless. Hundreds of affidavits under penalty of perjury, ridiculous percentages for Biden that you would only see in dictatorships, and this is “baseless” to the media today. And what really ticks me off is if the courts side with Trump this SAME media will start a campaign claiming Trump cheated.
They are the National Enquirer of conservative news.

But whatever their flaws, they are more accurate and honest then the alphabet media.
Boom. I know lots of other stuff is evidence but if the watermark thing is correct (and I think it sure seems to be) then you got evidence that can’t be dismissed. The 900 straight votes from military is a big red flag but you know they will just say it could happen. Or not impossible. This can’t be over looked. Hell yeah bro. This blows GA up and out of the water. People are going to jail. Tears will be shed and we shall catch them to enjoy and water the garden of justice, yeah I just made that garden of justice up. I believe that in order for an affidavit to be accepted into evidence at trial, that the affiant needs to be available to be cross-examined? I am not an attorney, but this would seem to be necessary
To add onto the other comments, affidavits can be used as evidence in some pre-trial proceedings that don’t involve oral testimony, such as a motion for summary judgment, but they are generally inadmissible at trial because they are hearsay.
Basically, they can be used in hearings where the issue is whether a party has any evidence, but not trials or other evidentiary hearings where a judge or jury has to weigh the evidence and find facts.
A sworn affidavit is the equivalent of sworn testimony.
Pay attention to the substance of the article and stop nitpicking with irrelevant arguments.
The election was fraudulent. And only a very few people are telling the truth about the fact. The fraud needs to be exposed.
Yes, if witnessed signed and especially Notarized. Although not considered in court as a deposition, it carries much weight. That's why my estate papers are irrefutable in probate court law. This lawsuit may have a higher standard, considering the outcome.

Affidavits are generally hearsay and inadmissible regardless of the witness’s availability, unless it meets one of the hearsay exceptions.

If 900 military ballots came from one county, is there a military installation there? Or possibly a lot of veterans? Why can’t Republicans start a telephone campaign of Republican voters in that county to ask them if they voted for Biden? It seems nearly impossible that 900 military ballots would vote completely for Biden.

Nowhere did I disparage affidavits. Not at all.
I simply chided the clickbait and answered a question about the difference. And yes it matters, especially in headlines because it’s misleading and they know it.
Conservatives have ALWAYS stood for truth and facts and we mock liberals because they don’t.
Facts matter.
By sticking with the facts, I actually help Trump... because some of his psychophant followers would rather lie abd make him and us all look bad.
