So do I. It’s a fact of life in my current career. Not one of whom is qualified to make a judgment in a case such as this.
I suggest you put some faith in the team President Trump has selected and wait for the ultimate outcome. This is far from over. The statements made by Trump’s Team are not just bold but, they indicate great danger to the future of our Republic. Those people are not likely to make such statements without proof.

I deal in principles, not in individuals. But I respect individuals who STAND on principles.

Woa. Mark, don’t know what episode you were watching of tucker...however...
Tucker was very angry that she wouldn’t provide him with any of the ‘evidence’ she has on the election fraud via the electronic systems.
1. He’s not an idiot. Okay, even if I’m angry with him at this point of his television career, I’m going to still say I don’t think he’s an idiot. SO, that would mean he KNOWS she’s never lied in a professional sense. (Birthdays, Christmas, surprises are not at issue, here.)
2. Since he KNOWS she’s never lied in a profession sense, he also KNOWS she is not going to release important evidence which in turn could be gone after by the other side.
That leaves.....
3. He’s pissed because he really believes HE is so valuable to the Conservative Movement that she should risk it all to share it with HIM.
And she didn’t.
There came a point where he literally had to make a decision. He couldn’t bring himself to risk trusting that Pres Trump’s team could prove election fraud.... He could bring himself to stay the course with the now crooked FOX team in order to keep his paycheck. He thinks we’ll go back if it all falls flat.
And he’s wrong. Win or lose, FOX is now dead to us. Tucker, has chosen to commit a suicide of his honor. That only took a few minutes and will last what television lifetime he has left with FOX.
It’s a shameful choice he made.

It all comes down to the judges and his/her/their rulings, doesn’t it?
You can provide the evidence you were somewhere else and didn’t rob a bank or murder someone or rape someone.
HOWEVER... if a judge orders a jury to rule on certain parts of the evidence offered and in a different angle (read that as mindset), IF the jury is following his instructions AS ORDERED they could rule against the evidence.
It’s happened in court. Cases have been thrown out because of the judges actions/instructions.
In this case, folks such as yourself would most likely gleefully accept the corrupted ruling as a valid ruling. Why? Because it gave you what you wanted.... a [corrupted] ruling which went your [corrupted] mindset.
See how simply that was?
And it’s entirely possible. I mean, do you REALLY say that in DEC 2019 we’d be in the OMGOSH WE’RE ALL DYING stage of the current ELITE POGRAM? Yes. I did spell it POGRAM.
Sometimes...that is the only answer.
You don’t want to hear anything that doesn’t jive with your idea of what is going to happen...it is an anathema to you. No one is allowed to have another opinion.
