Rudy and Sidney Powell were masterful. They laid out all the evidence (that they could publicly discuss)showing massive fraud occurred. Rudy spoke about the numerous affidavits from campaign workers and others, and Sidney Powell detailed how the companies counting the ballots are foreign owned, by countries hostile to the United States.

I don't think there will be any choice but to overturn this election.

Both used Dominion - according to Dominion. Even though Texas didn't certify Dominion, they were used in Austin and other cities (hence the spread of the Texas is purple trope) and also in parts of Florida. Just not enough to flip those states or a number of others that went for Trump.

The algorithm shaved votes from Trump and gave them to Biden in red counties, but not enough to flip those counties (so they wouldn't stand out). However, for that to work you have to still win big (not as big) in the blue counties but the turnout overwhelmed the algorithm and they couldn't find enough fraudulent votes in the blue counties. They had already wrung them dry, I guess. Not like in Wayne County (Detroit) where they routinely have 200% or what ever they need for turnout. Too much turnout in FL and not enough counties in TX using Dominion for them to steal those states.

If we went back and checked every election - if the data still existed - I bet we'd find that the 'Rats have been a minority party for the last 60 years. They can only win by cheating in most places.

I believe it will be impossible to know how many votes each candidate got because so many votes were counted that should have been disqualified and those have been mixed in with legal votes. Can’t put the genie back in the bottle now that it has escaped.

I’m thinking the best Trump’s team can do is cast doubt on the legality of the whole election process, esp. in the disputed states where the SOS made laws and there was so much fraud with harvesting, mail ins, etc.

I do not believe a court will overturn an election and declare one or the other candidate the winner. What the court may do is send it back to the states in question with the imperative that each state has to settle it. Then it will end up back in the state legislatures.

But I may be totally wrong.

Your description reminds me of a thought that occurred to me during the presser with Rudy and all. It’s been a long time that we had a good media with the exception of specific cases….and there have always been plenty of bad media (just think of the Watergate era). But when have we ever seen an entire media en masse (again with some exceptions) capitulate with a mandate to be the bootlickers of one party ? Just listen to the questions at the press conference…. there was no curiosity at the astounding information that they had just had presented to them, there were no zero probing questions in an effort to get to the bottom of anything, there were no logical follow ups…. . There were just gotcha questions etc. How exactly did this come about… meaning, what’s the year over year mechanism that has brought the media to this state of affairs? Is this just the result of years and years of indoctrination of far left education? Or perhaps there is a body who has successfully threatened them….either on a corporate or on an individual basis (which almost seems like what has happened to Fox). If so, what is the makeup of that body? I might be imagining this but when I see folks like CNN not even mention this news conference let alone put any one live and not even a word on their website, it has the smell of fear to me.... just don't know where the fear comes from.

If I had to guess, I think that is exactly where this is going. The Constitution provides for it, and I think the Supreme Court will see that as a very viable way to resolve the issue without “politicizing” the court. They would basically “punt” in a very respectable and Constitutional way.

The key goal, I think, is to say “It was a dirty election and counting these tainted votes is pointless”. To me, that part seems self-evident.

Now, if Sydney can get some forensics on some servers and really prove that Trump got 410 Electoral College votes, that would also be nice. But a lot harder.

No, that would involve way to much time and energy to prosecute the case. And besides that, who is to prosecute the case? The DOJ under Barr? The FBI?

The scotus invalidate the election, then the state legislatures take the constitutional right to appoint electors to vote.

BTW, this doesnt JUST involve the election for the POTUS, it involves several down ballot cases.

After the election process is finished, THEN is the time to prosecute criminal actions...that is IF the right man gets the election.

One of the most interesting things I got from that particular press conference is the claim that the numbers “341,542” and
“100,012” showed up in vote totals in multiple states, in at least one case, was 20 minutes later in the other state. I will be really interested in seeing the details of that.

For we hillbillies, election day is also a social event.

We get to see people we don’t usually see and we all know each other.

Half the men show up in blood stained camo because it’s the start of deer season and they come from the hunt to vote.

It’s a VERY rural polling place.

But that time was differnet.
