Governor Gavin Newsom attended a birthday party for a political advisor. The SF Chronicle reported there were more than 3 households there, violating state COVID-19 guidance.

Grusome Newsom apologizes does he!? Was that an official Governor’s apology, or was it just one of those off the cuff unofficial apologies like Clinton is apt to do?
Did he say “I accept full responsibility ?”

Everybody in Ca now has the right to to pull out their Gavin Newsome apology card. It is just like the Get out of Jail card in Monolopy.
