Blue has never been my favorite color, but the older I get, the more I LIKE blue. I love blue and white, together, and I did collect Cobalt Glass back in the day.

Everything is coming together on this thread! Mason Jars, Hydrangea and Snacks, LOL!

Yep. I clean mine at least once daily-sometimes more. Got the cleaning stuff right there in the cabinet above the commode.

Hey! 😄 I will be needing Lexan to cover my new greenhouse. Where did you get yours? My greenhouse is small, 8 x 10 feet.

The double-layer unheated greenhouse growing is really working out better than I had thought. The weather has been cooperating this season - can’t vouch for future seasons, but I’ll take it! :)

Ours came in a kit, but you can usually get anything you need at Farm Tek out of Dyersville, Iowa.

https://www.farmtek.com/

They will charge you an arm and a leg for delivery, so plan ahead, order what you need and make it a Day Trip to pick up your order for free.

We had to buy some more panels and we had a nice lunch, stopped to see ‘The Field of Dreams’ and saw a lot of pretty countryside there and back. We also stopped at Indian Mound State Park and that was REALLY cool!

And, driving over The Mighty Mississippi is always awe-inspiring! :)

You’re welcome! Glad to help. My ‘expensive’ (in more ways than one) education NEEDS to be used as often as possible! :)

LOL!

Mason Jar Salads are AWESOME, Ryan! I used to make them for work all the time. Co-workers were so JEALOUS!

I picked up four hedge balls.

There were two or three dozen on the ground and a few left in the tree.

foraging for seeds! I have heard that the osage orange is a great mosquito repellant when set in a dish

Apologies to everyone interested in the tomato bisque recipe. My wife adopted (adapted?) it from an on-line cook book called "The Hungry Bluebird." It's a great mix and I urge anyone who enjoys tomato soup to have a look and give it a try. The key, of course, is to use home-grown tomatoes when they are really coming on in mid-summer. For some reason, I couldn't transfer it to this page...
