Thanks for the update! That butter sounds awesome. Would be great on ‘Manly’ Pancakes or Waffles, I’ll bet.

I had a baked potato for dinner. Just a baked potato and added a little salt and the bacon butter. Delicious. Looking forward to the biscuits next week. BTW after I mixed it I divided it into 2 rolls and stuck one in the freezer. Wrapped each log in wax paper and then bagged them. Hubby used to make waffles but not anymore. But I bet it would be good on them or pancakes.
I have three Ball jars, all of them different. The first one is blue, without a top; the second is a clear wide-mouth jar with a two piece metal lid; the third is clear with a glass top and metal, hinged 2 piece closure. All of them are in excellent condition. Think I start using them again for storage.
