I believe the data is ‘logically’ deleted but is still physically there.
You got maybe a week or so to put up in court or shut up forever.
This is crazy, never has there been two more different versions of the same movie playing on the screen. Though hopeful, I am skeptical of our side (my normalcy bias kicking in), but nothing would shock me.
Very strong words from Mr Wood. Either it is what he says it is or if not his reputation would be permanently damaged....and why would he risk that?
Trump is usually way ahead of people as he has proven for four years. I think his people were on to this even before the election. He said he had won the race on Nov. 4th. I think he has been silent so that his people could gather solid prove. Now it will be a matter of programming battles and how well Dominion can cover it’s tracks. The republicans are compiling battles on many fronts. This is how a war is won.
They are fixing them as we speak ...

Sadly, I think the same is true for Trump being able to turn this disaster - though I won’t stop praying that he does until the very last.

That’s my concern. Whats happening to these ballots as we speak. Are the sequestered? Are they secured where no one can tamper with them? Unfortunately I sincerely doubt it.
Not correct. When a “file” on computer’s storage medium (such as hard disk) is deleted, it is simply marked with a “deleted” stamp. Then that file becomes inaccessible to Windows Explorer. So the data in that file is alive.
However when additional activity is performed by the computer, it can OVER_WRITE on the space occupied by the deleted file. When that happens, it is almost impossible to recover the data from the deleted file.
There are also Apps available, such as Norton Commander, which can clean out all blank and deleted space on hard disk by over-writing many repeats of zeroes on that space. That is similar to bleach-pitting the deleted data.

The same goes for Sidney Powell. As a lawyer I learned you do not make definitive statements like this if you don’t have the goods. That’s why lawyers so often hedge and don’t want to commit themselves to a public position.
Lin Wood and Sidney Powell are no fools. Them being so definite about this is encouraging.
