Interview with Rudy Giuliani where he succinctly summarizes the election fraud cases. A few key points: - witnesses signed affidavits (Dominion worker not a Republican vote watcher that stayed on when people were told to go home) stating that thousands of ballots were brought in when the vote counting stopped, all for Biden, not in proper containers, spilling out of the boxes, because they didn't realize Trump would receive so many votes and they needed to make it up. - City Democrat worker flipped and described the plan that they started in September about how the Democrats planned to fraudulently steal the election - Asked about talking to three letter agencies about the Dominion software issues. Rudy said he could not comment on that, but he did set out problems with the software itself flipping votes.

Thus the situation as it stands is that there is still a petition before the Supreme Court to review the situation in Pennsylvania, it just refused to do so before the election.
Now that raises the question: What’s the situation in Pennsylvania? Let’s work through that.
In 2019, the PA legislature passed a law called Act 77 that permitted all voters to cast their ballots by mail but (in Justice Alito’s words) “unambiguously required that all mailed ballots be received by 8 p.m. on election day.” The exact text is 2019 Pa. Leg. Serv. Act 2019-77, which stated: “No absentee ballot under this subsection shall be counted which is received in the office of the county board of elections later than eight o’clock P.M. on the day of the primary or election.” I agree with Justice Alito: That is unambiguous.
Act 77 also provided that if this portion of the law was invalidated, that much of the rest of Act 77, including its liberalization of mail-in voting, would also be void. The exact text is: “Sections 1, 2, 3, 3.2, 4, 5, 5.1, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 12 of this act are nonseverable. If any provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remaining provisions or applications of this act are void.”
To again put this into common English, the Pennsylvania legislature passed a law that said mail-in ballots had to arrive by 8PM on election day to be counted, and then said that if the Court over-ruled that law, the entire law that permitted mail-in ballots was invalid.
In the face of this clear text, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, by a vote of four to three, made the following decrees, summarized here by SCOTUS:
Mailed ballots don’t need to be received by a election day. Instead, ballots can be accepted if they are postmarked on or before election day and are received within three days thereafter. Note that this is directly contravenes the text above.
A mailed ballot with no postmark, or an illegible postmark, must be regarded as timely if it is received by that same date.
In doing so, PAs’ high court expressly acknowledged that “the statutory provision mandating receipt by election day was unambiguous” and conceded the law was “constitutional,” but still re-wrote the law because it thought it needed to do so in the face of a “natural disaster.” It justified its right to do so under the Free and Equal Elections Cause of the PA State Constitution.
I think the court of public opinion is just as important as the federal courts under these circumstances. In the end, the state legislatures are going to have to intervene, and
Rudy is giving them the political cover they need to act, his lieutenants are tackling the federal courts.

I sort of agree. The Republican controlled state legislatures need some sort of acknoledgement from a federal court or Supreme Court that election fraud did take place in the 2020 general election. The Republican legislatures need this to justify selecting the state’s electoral voters to choose Trump as president.
Some cases were filed on Monday.
More cases have been filled today and yesterday.
Today is Wednesday. All court cases have to be gone at 1 level and will be appealed to higher levels which is where we actually want them to go.
The idea that the judges are smacking these down is not true.
They have smackdown some if not most of those filed before the damage was being done during the election.
There is information being presented motions request for judgment discovery betting the data acceptance or rejection or pushing it up to a higher court because there are constitutional issues.
My guess is before anything gets to the Supreme Court it will be rejected kicked around at least 4 times over the next 2 weeks.
And if you think about it it’s much better to have a massive pile of information to go before the Supreme Court then to try to win with just a few examples say 2000 at the outset this can only go one way that’s up and overflowing.
The Supreme Court telegraph that it’s willing to talk about and deal with the Pennsylvania situation when the Georgia situation is dealt with in the canvas re canvass audit and recount that’s coming soon other issues may emerge that impact other States for example the dominion voting system which could have nationwide impact and will.

This is multiple cases of fraud obstruction and intimidation In several states..Did you hear Reince Priebus tonight that the Trump team needs to get thousands of volunteers that are trained vote watchers to watch every move the Democrat poll workers as they count the vote in every precinct..or county!
