Today is Wednesday. All court cases have to be gone at 1 level and will be appealed to higher levels which is where we actually want them to go.
The idea that the judges are smacking these down is not true.
They have smackdown some if not most of those filed before the damage was being done during the election.
There is information being presented motions request for judgment discovery betting the data acceptance or rejection or pushing it up to a higher court because there are constitutional issues.
My guess is before anything gets to the Supreme Court it will be rejected kicked around at least 4 times over the next 2 weeks.
And if you think about it it’s much better to have a massive pile of information to go before the Supreme Court then to try to win with just a few examples say 2000 at the outset this can only go one way that’s up and overflowing.
