While watching The Five today on Fox News Channel, I noticed two glaring advertisements: the first was welcoming Judge Janeen (sp?) back to her regular time slot and the second was a long advertisement promoting Tucker, Hannity, and Laura Ingraham's like they were rock stars. This was pure grovel, grovel trying to get back on the right side of their loyal viewers. They won't get me back for Special Report or most of their other shows (goodbye forever, Chris Wallace!), but they know they can't survive without these prime time money makers.
I paid on Hulu to watch mostly them. I canceled Hulu earlier this week.
I won’t pay to watch awful RATs.
Never forget. Fox is canceled.
Some boycott you got going on there. Nine programs you still watch?
Why is anyone watch fox? #NeverFox #Foxit
hopefully this decline in ratings will push Hannity, Ingraham, Levin, etc. to start their own channel.
I can tell you where itll lead.
They hire a couple Conservatives, have their actors play conservative, and eight weeks before the Election, theyll get as many Democrats elected as they can.
They play the Timing game. What they say post Election has very little bearing on anything. They consider their audience old and outdated, without the Tech knowledge to find alternatives.
Hannity makes a stunning amount of money. Enough to start his own network.
Why are you watching it at all?
Foxnews is Pravda with pretty faces.
Boycott Hannity (easy, he’s useless).
It looks like political considerations dictate their business moves. They will pay a huge price. Get woke, go broke.
I ask the same question about CNN frankly. I think that CNN is viable fiscally only because of how it is bundled with cable packages and is in airports. I remember back in the late 1980s and early 1990s that CNN was watchable.
But the question really is front-and-center with Fox. Indeed, why cater to a crowded market instead of offering something more rare? The Fox News Channel formula was working, making it the most watched news network. Yes, every institution needs to adapt to changing circumstances, but in the Age of Trump, was the viewing public clamoring for another network to join #Resistance?
I’m out. They think their audience is stupid. They’re wrong.
I think, tonight, Tucker was pretty good on the election fraud with the dead people voting. His sarcastic comments against the NT Times was spot on.
T will watch Tucker, Hannity, Laura, Maria, Greg and the Judge and a few others. Never watched those that offend.
We have to win this one or elections are a quaint notion of the past.
Hell no. I listen to Fox News Radio to know it is a agitprop machine. Juan, Chris Wallace, Donna Brazille, etc., I don’t believe them for a minute.
They should hire Toobin.
He has hands on experience in broadcasting
1,000 % YES. Gawd, I would love to personally smack that swarmy little peckerwood.
MFO
If they hire a CEO that is a Conservative responsible for all programing and keep the owners pinko wives out of of the business, Get rid of Donna Brazile, Juan Williams, Neil Cavuto and the old guy on FOX & Friends I might consider it.
Today was the first time I watched Steve Bannon’s War Room.
Its really quite good...... Apparently Bannon is usually on 10 am to 12 noon Eastern but today he came back on at 5 pm for a while.
I can wait for the good ones to switch over to Newsmax. Or I will find someone else on Newsmax. Fox doesn’t want me to watch, I won’t.
