Even some of my most respected conservative correspondents have been taken in by pessimism over Attorney General William Barr’s authorization of investigation of vote fraud. The media cabal seeking to oust President Trump focused on the abrupt purported “resignation” (he is keeping his federal paycheck and transferring to a different post) of Richard Pilger, director of the DOJ Criminal Division’s Election Crimes Branch. The narrative Pilger offers, all but universally adopted by the media, is that Barr is violating established norms and acting out of (corrupt) political motives.

Now, you'll recall that shortly after the election, Barr had his DAG specifically state that FBI agents could enter election centers armed. That was a clear sign that the FBI was receiving complaints of election law violations and was responding to them by going to election centers--presumably because the complaints were coming from workers at those centers. They were being blocked from entering because they were armed, and their complaints about this obstruction got to Barr very quickly.

Former Congressman Charged with Ballot Stuffing, Bribery, and Obstruction
A former U.S. Congressman was charged Tuesday in an indictment unsealed today, with conspiring to violate voting rights by fraudulently stuffing the ballot boxes for specific candidates in the 2014, 2015, and 2016 primary elections, bribery of an election official, falsification of records, voting more than once in federal elections, and obstruction of justice.
Michael “Ozzie” Myers, 77, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is charged with conspiring with and bribing the former Judge of Elections for the 39th Ward, 36th Division, Domenick J. Demuro. Demuro, who pleaded guilty previously in federal court in Philadelphia, was responsible for overseeing the entire election process and all voter activities of his division in accord with federal and state election laws.
“Free and fair elections are the hallmark of our system of government,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Brian C. Rabbitt of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. “The Department of Justice has zero tolerance for corruption of the electoral process, and we will spare no effort in investigating and prosecuting those who would seek an unfair advantage at the polls by bribing state and local officials responsible for ensuring the fairness of our elections.”
“Voting is the cornerstone of our democracy. If only one vote has been illegally rung up or fraudulently stuffed into a ballot box, the integrity of that entire election is undermined,” said U.S. Attorney William M. McSwain of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. “Votes are not things to be purchased and democracy is not for sale. If you are a political consultant, election official, or work with the polling places in any way, I urge you to do your job honestly and faithfully. That is what the public deserves, it is what democracy demands, and it is what my office will enforce.”
“Transparent and fair elections are integral to the proper functioning of our democracy,” said Special Agent in Charge Michael J. Driscoll of the FBI’s Philadelphia Division. “Those who seek to corrupt the vote threaten the public’s trust in the process and must be brought to justice. The FBI is determined to protect the integrity of our electoral system.”

So, with one stroke of the pen Barr has broken up the logjam that obstructionists at DoJ (protected by civil service laws) had constructed.
To understand why this has liberal knickers in such a knot, it's necessary to understand the effect of Barr's action. FBI agents — the investigators — can do quite a bit of investigating without grand jury involvement. Many cases can be essentially completed using techniques such as interviews and physical surveillance, consensual searches, and so forth.

The strategy is now becoming clearer. PDJT will prove that the results of the election cannot be factually certified because illegal ballots are inseparable from legal ones.Electronic voting machines switched votes from Trump to Biden as proven by forensic analysis but the count is uncertain, it is in the 100s of thousands.
So if the electoral results arenot certifiable, the elctors to the electoral college cannot be seated. The election becomes nullified.
The Constitutions provides that the nullified election is then remedied in the House of Representatives where the voye is conduced by state delegations. Republicans control 29 of 50 state delegations in the Congressional House, each delegation has one vote.
That is one path the President gas to re-election.There are others based on estimated legal ballot counts by the courts.
