Former Fox news producer Jennifer Eckhart and on-air guest Cathy Areu filed a joint lawsuit against the network and Ed Henry for sexual harassment
In an amended complaint filed Monday in New York City, four more women have come forward to accuse Henry, 49, of sexual misconduct
The complaint names former sports reporter Roxie Marroquin and Brooke Hammerling, who recount their own experiences with 'horn dog' Henry
Marroquin claims after a night together in 2015, Henry hired a private investigator to follow her and intimidate her into silence
Hammerling, who owns her own media relations company, claims that Henry made sexual advances toward her almost immediately after they met
Two Jane Does, who both worked at Fox, agree that 'Henry's reputation was well-known at Fox long before the network gave him the boot'
Jane Doe 1 says she was involved in an 'abusive relationship' with Henry that left her with severe depression
Henry has denied the allegations and sought to dismiss the lawsuit filed by Eckhart and Areu who accused him of rape and sexual misconduct, leading to his firing from the network in July

Four more women have come forward to accuse former Fox News anchor Ed Henry of sexual misconduct and say the network knew of his alleged behavior and looked the other way.
In an amended complaint filed Monday, six women in all, including Henry's initial accusers Jennifer Eckhart, 31, and Cathy Areu, 49, are ramping up their sexual harassment accusations against him and claiming Fox News knew about the allegations years before he was fired in July.

However, if true, hiring a PI to follow a woman is creepy.
Cathy Areu, there went the credibility. I’d there anyone at Fox she hasn’t sued or accused?
I’d believe harassing the 31 y/o Jennifer, but not the 49 y/o Cathy.

Don’t know how much of this is true. A lot of these women seem overly stupid or conveniently naive. That said, I hope FOX gets buried in lawsuits, has to pay millions and continues to watch their reputation get trashed.
So, having consensual sex is sexual misconduct, and asking a gal out on a date is also.
As I understand it, if someone at work comes on to you, i.e. your boss, if you’re uninterested, you tell them so.
If they stop, it’s over. If they continue, then you can say it’s harassment etc.
